Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

full project lifecycle

: planning, execution, quality control, and final handover Manage a large team of

300+ staff and subcontractors

on-site Ensure projects are delivered

on time, within budget

, and to the highest standards Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to align all project goals Enforce

strict compliance

with health, safety, and legal requirements Conduct team meetings, progress reviews, and provide timely updates to management Proactively manage

risks, conflicts

, and site issues to avoid delays

Candidate Profile:

25+ years of construction experience

, with a strong record in commercial building projects Proven leadership of large-scale construction teams (300+ workforce)

Arabic-speaking

candidates preferred Age:

45 years and above

Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills Must be currently in UAE or willing to

relocate to Abu Dhabi
