1) Project Delivery & Governance
? Manage assigned transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
? Apply established governance frameworks, methodologies, and reporting structures to maintain project discipline.
? Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
? Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership review.
? Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and project documentation standards.
2) Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
? Support initiatives aimed at improving organizational processes and operational efficiency.
? Apply Lean, Agile, or other best-practice methodologies to enhance project execution and delivery speed.
? Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to streamline workflows.
? Assist in implementing performance measurement systems to monitor project impact and outcomes.
3) Innovation & Technology Enablement
? Coordinate implementation of new technologies and digital solutions within transformation projects.
? Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and tools
. ? Monitor industry trends and provide input on innovative solutions that align with project objectives.
? Support change management activities to drive adoption and user engagement for new systems.
4) Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
? Act as a key liaison between the Head of Transformation PMO, project teams, and business stakeholders.
? Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
? Support training, workshops, and engagement sessions to enable smooth change adoption.
? Build strong relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
? 6 - 8 years of experience in project management, with exposure to transformation or innovation initiatives
? Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within scope, budget, and timelines
? Experience in digital transformation projects and technology integration
? Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar) and reporting dashboards
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional coordination
? Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with governance standards
? Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting adoption initiatives
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
? Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are an advantage
