Project Manager – Renovation & Fit Out (uae Experience Required)

Job Description
Haus Techs is expanding and we're looking for a Project Manager who can run projects and handle quotations with accuracy and speed.
If you've delivered renovation and fit-out projects in the UAE and know how to price them properly, you're the person we want.
Requirements:
3-5+ years UAE experience
in renovation, interior fit-out, or technical services Proven track record of completing villa, apartment, or office projectsStrong BOQ & quotation creation skills
(materials, labor, timelines, variations) Knowledge of UAE approvals (DM, DCD, Emaar, Nakheel, Nshama, District 1, etc.) Strong site supervision, subcontractor coordination & quality control ValidUAE driving license + own car
Can manage multiple sites and client communication confidently Strong understanding of technical detailing, materials, and sequencing Able to work under pressure and handle fast timelinesKey Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate
quotations, BOQs & cost estimates
Daily site supervision, progress tracking & reporting Coordinate subcontractors, materials & supplier deliveries Ensure high-quality execution following method statements Manage variations, timelines & cost control Handle approvals, inspections & handovers Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project Ensure all work complies with UAE standards and developer guidelinesPackage:
