We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Project Manager

to lead and manage high-end

interior fit-out and joinery

projects, especially focused on

luxury villa interiors

. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of

site execution, estimation, BOQ, budgeting, procurement

, and overall

project coordination

from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage

luxury villa interior projects

, ensuring quality finishes and client expectations are met. Handle

end-to-end project execution

including interior fit-out, joinery, MEP coordination, and final handover. Prepare and review

BOQs, detailed cost estimations, budgets

, and work schedules. Source and coordinate materials, vendors, and subcontractors in line with project quality and design standards. Oversee

daily site activities

, supervise workers and subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance. Conduct

site inspections, quality checks

, and ensure alignment with drawings and specifications. Liaise with

clients, consultants, suppliers

, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. Prepare and maintain all necessary

documentation and reports

for management and client updates.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of UAE experience

, specifically in

luxury villa interior fit-outs and high-end joinery

. Strong knowledge in

project estimation, BOQ, budgeting, procurement, site supervision

, and client handling. Demonstrated ability to manage

multiple projects

simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. Proven track record of delivering

high-end villa interiors

to exacting standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Office, project scheduling tools

. Must have a

valid UAE driving license

and be willing to travel to multiple project sites as needed.
