We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Interior Joinery Fit-Out industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects, leading teams, and overseeing the execution of interior fit-out works across various sites. This role requires excellent project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed according to the project plan. Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Oversee project progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Team Management:

Manage and coordinate project teams, including site supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication and accountability for all team members. Provide guidance, training, and support to junior staff and on-site teams to ensure high standards of performance. Client Liaison & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues. Understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Address and resolve any project-related issues or concerns raised by the client promptly and professionally. Budget & Cost Control: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost control and minimizing project overruns. Monitor and approve all project-related expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality. Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining the project's scope and quality standards. Site Supervision & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work on-site is carried out according to the project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure the work is progressing as planned and meets the highest standards. Manage site safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, including progress, challenges, and next steps, for senior management and clients. Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence, ensuring all documents are up to date and accurate.

5 to 8 years of experience in the Interior Joinery Fit-Out industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams. Experience in managing projects in the UAE market is essential, with a solid understanding of local regulations and industry standards. Strong knowledge of project management tools, software, and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out works, including materials, finishes, and installation methods. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
