Qa/qc Manager – Interior Fit Out (uae Experience Required)

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE-based experience in QA/QC for interior fit-out projects
- Solid knowledge of ISO standards, local regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Oversee all QA/QC activities on-site and in documentation
- Implement and maintain quality standards across fit-out projects
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specs and regulations
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for quality assurance at each stage
- Manage NCRs, method statements, ITPs, and material approvals
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues efficiently
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal and client expectations before handover
