Job Description
Manage
day-to-day operations
of assigned fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget. Prepare and maintainproject plans, progress reports, and site documentation
. Coordinate betweenclients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
to ensure timely project delivery. Conductsite inspections
, monitor progress, and ensure compliance withHSE and quality standards
. Support the Senior Project Manager inbudget control
,procurement planning
, andcash flow management
. Reviewshop drawings
,material submittals
, andtechnical documentation
. Identify potentialrisks and delays
, propose mitigation measures, and implement corrective actions. Participate inproject meetings
, report on progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ensuretimely completion and handover
of projects with all required documentation and snag lists closed. Promote teamwork, accountability, and effective coordination among site and office teams.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
