We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic

Senior Project Manager (Fit-out)

to lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil engineering or architecture with a proven track record of successful project deliveries, client management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full cycle of fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned. Monitor and control project progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications, regulations, and safety standards. Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional project teams and ensure effective site execution. Conduct regular project reviews and site inspections to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions as required. Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Prepare and present progress reports, financial reports, and forecasts to stakeholders and senior management. Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, or technical challenges promptly. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual obligations and local authorities' requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's Degree is a plus). Minimum 12-14 years of experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE/GCC region. Proven experience in delivering large-scale commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects. In-depth knowledge of project management principles, contracts, and local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.). Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6/MS Project), AutoCAD, and MS Office. PMP certification is an added advantage. UAE Driving License is mandatory.
