We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Project Manager - Fit Out
to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-end commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects within the UAE or GCC region.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of fit-out project execution including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects. Oversee on-site operations and ensure quality control, safety standards, and adherence to project specifications. Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and resolve any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of
10 years of proven experience
in fit-out project management within theUAE or GCC
. Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, and finishing details. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle fast-paced project timelines. Must beavailable to join immediately
.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
