Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized
Project Manager - Fit Out
to oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with specific expertise in commercial or high-end interior fit-outs.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver fit-out projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including design coordination, procurement, site setup, construction, and handover. Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and health & safety compliance. Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure all work aligns with contractual obligations, specifications, and company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
