A Snapshot of Your Day
As Project Management Officer, your role involves coordinating successful project execution within the project management organization. The PMO role is considered a major contributor to the establishment of key project management processes and common practices that drive the organization to integrated operation. Moreover, you will be responsible for reporting on the project performance using metrics and data visualization. Main tasks will be extended to supporting the development of project management methodologies, securing return of experience and helping the project management organization meeting cost compliance, schedule adherence and scope control.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Contribution to the establishment of key PM Processes and common practices, tools, and templates for portfolio and project management, and ensure adherence to Siemens Energy Methodology.
• Develop and apply project management methods to improve team skills and encourage collaboration.
• Reporting performance and supporting on organizational level through effective use of metrics and visual data reporting of projects performance.
• Analysis and monitoring of the key performance metrics of the projects in a coordinated manner and crafting project reports on a regular basis.
• Maintenance of PM IT platforms and contribution to development of PM interactive platforms and share points.
• Develop and maintain project management standards and guidelines.
• Align project portfolios with business objectives.
• Lead and support project management teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business management or in a related project management field, or equivalent experience
• Technical & Financial education as background is required.
• Mastering & understanding of practical project execution.
• Rich experience of involvement in active project management role.
• Management of international projects and intercultural teams
• Deep Knowledge of high voltage substation business and systems.
• Managing complex projects involving internal & external collaborators.
• Project Management Qualification as Certified Project Manager according to IPMA or similar
