Job Overview
The Project Management Officer - Dubai, UAE will support the planning and execution of IT and business projects by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Core Duties

• Support full project lifecycle management using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tasks, and milestones using MS Project, Trello, Asana, or JIRA
• Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and track project deliverables
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and resolve conflicts
• Track resources and assist in identifying risks with mitigation plans
• Use tools such as SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack, Teams, and Zoom to manage collaboration
• Monitor budgets, assist with cost tracking, invoicing, and vendor coordination
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports and performance updates using Excel or Google Sheets

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Trello, Asana, or JIRA
• Proficiency with collaboration tools and document management systems
• Knowledge of budget tracking and vendor coordination processes
