Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
Hands-on experience in a Change Programs, Project Management, and Business Analysis
Experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Lean, and Change Management.
Demonstrated experience in working in at least one transformational project within a Service Operations environment.
Problem solving skills and the ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Business Analysis, excel and process mapping ability
