Project Engineer – Civil (g+4/g+6 Building Projects)

Job Description
A highly skilled Project Engineer (Civil) with proven experience in G+4 and G+6 building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, managing subcontractors, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site civil activities related to G+4/G+6 building projects.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure work is progressing as per schedule and quality requirements.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Manage materials requisition, site logistics, and equipment needs efficiently.
- Resolve any site issues or technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities using project management tools.
- Verify and approve subcontractor bills and progress claims.
