Project Engineer (civil G+4)

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a valid G+4 license to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, supervision, and completion of G+4 building projects in compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and approve structural and architectural plans for G+4 buildings. Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations and building codes. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP engineers. Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure quality and progress. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits. Liaise with local authorities (e.g., municipality, civil defense) for permit approvals and inspections. Ensure all work complies with G+4 license limitations and relevant civil engineering standards. Implement quality control measures and ensure work is performed according to specifications. Enforce health and safety protocols on-site. Prepare progress reports, site diaries, and other technical documentation. Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project milestones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred but not mandatory) Valid G+4 License from the relevant authority (e.g., Dubai Municipality, local governing body) Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in building construction, with a focus on mid-rise buildings Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and structural analysis software Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
