About the Role:



We are seeking a

highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer

with a strong background in

villa and building construction

projects from the

initial stage to completion

. The ideal candidate must hold a

Sharjah Municipality G+4 license

and possess

excellent technical, operational, and coordination abilities

.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and oversee villa and building construction projects from

start to handover

. Review and interpret

project drawings and technical documents

. Coordinate with

consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

to ensure smooth execution. Monitor

project progress

, timelines, and budgets, and resolve site issues proactively. Ensure

compliance with Sharjah Municipality regulations and safety standards

. Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and workers during daily operations. Provide

technical input

, quality control, and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma

in Civil Engineering.

8-10 years

of UAE experience in

villa and G+4 building projects

. Must hold a valid

Sharjah Municipality license for G+4

. Strong command of

project drawings, technical specifications

, and site execution practices. Excellent ability to coordinate between

site, consultants, and subcontractors

. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of

UAE construction standards and safety regulations

.
