Wellbing Technologies FZE is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth journey. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the construction of our new office building in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ).

Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the new building construction project. This role requires close collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily project activities and construction schedules.

Liaise effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions as needed.

Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to management.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Support procurement processes for materials and services.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within construction projects.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines effectively.

Prior UAE construction experience is highly desirable.

Willingness to work on-site in UAQ.
