Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist director and project managers in the planning and execution of construction/interior design projects. Well versed in pricing projects to present proposal or quotations to clients. Overseeing details of design evaluations and obtaining permits. Negotiating with suppliers, vendors and sub-contractors. Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project schedules and track progress to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and contracts. Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or interior design.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Well known in making project proposals/ quotations for clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with construction/interior design terminology and processes. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Location: Abu Dhabi, U.A.E Employment Type: Full-time employment English must be fluent in writing and communicating. Starting Salary: Between 5,000 - 6,000 AED
