Job Title: Project Coordinator - Construction

Degree : Civil Engineer or Civil Related field

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to align project objectives.

Help track project progress and ensure milestones are met.

Schedule meetings and maintain meeting minutes.

2. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain all project documentation including contracts, permits, RFIs, and submittals.

Prepare regular reports on project status, costs, and resource utilization.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Update documentation as per revisions or change orders.

3. Communication & Liaison

Serve as a communication link between stakeholders (clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams).

Ensure all team members are aware of deadlines and deliverables.

Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

4. Procurement & Resource Management

Assist in procurement of materials and services required for the project.

Monitor inventory and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of resources.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Support implementation of quality control procedures.

Ensure that all safety and regulatory guidelines are followed at job sites.

Assist with audits and inspections.

6. Administrative Support

Manage filing systems, emails, calls, and correspondence related to projects.

Handle expense reports, billing, and invoice tracking.

Organize and maintain project-related documentation for easy retrieval.

Key Skills Required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of construction methods and terminology.

Salary Will be 2500 AED per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
