TMC General Contracting is seeking for an

Project Coordinator - Construction

with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating resources, managing schedules, and maintaining open communication between all clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Assist in preparing project schedules, tracking milestones, and updating stakeholders on project progress. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance reports. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications:

Proven capability to effectively manage and excel under time-sensitive and adapt to dynamic project requirements. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
