We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in the
fit-out industry
to support the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects. The role requires coordinating between clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.Coordinate all project activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution of fit-out works. Prepare project schedules, update timelines, and track progress. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors. Assist in procurement coordination, delivery tracking, and material approval processes. Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, permits, and correspondence. Attend site meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action points. Monitor project budgets, highlight variances, and assist in cost control. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all stages of the project. Support in preparing completion reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.
