Project Manager (fit Out Industry)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
:Manage and deliver fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Prepare and manage project schedules, BOQs, and site progress reports. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Handle procurement, material approvals, and variation claims. Lead site meetings and report project status to management.
Requirements
:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven track record in managing commercial, retail, and office interior fit-out projects. Excellent knowledge of local authority approvals and processes. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience
: Minimum 5-7 years in the UAE Fit-out industry UAE driving license preferred.Job Type: Full-time
