Project Coordinator

to support our expanding team!

What You'll Do

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out and joinery projects. Prepare project schedules, material submittals, and progress reports. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems. Track progress, materials & documentation. Ensure quality & timely project delivery.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in

Fit-out / Joinery / Carpentry projects

in the UAE. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (preferred). Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
