We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to support our fit-out project team. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating interior or fit-out projects in the UAE, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day activities and support the Project Manager in executing fit-out projects.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely information flow.
Track project progress, prepare reports, and update documentation.
Assist with procurement schedules, material approvals, and logistics coordination.
Monitor compliance with project timelines and escalate issues when necessary.
Attend site meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Help manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, and permits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience
in project coordination within the
fit-out or construction industry in the UAE
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, building codes, and municipality procedures is an advantage.
