We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Project Coordinator
with a background infit-out, interiors, or construction
. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage communication across project teams.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support project activities across various stages Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Client-side Teams, and Internal Departments Track project timelines, deliverables, and update stakeholders regularly Assist in preparing project reports and presentations Ensure smooth information flow and timely execution of tasks
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in project coordination Prior experience in fit-out, interiors, or construction industry preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
