Project Assistant (female)
Job Description
1. Proactively communicate with hosts, operations staff, stage managers, and other roles to accurately understand their needs and challenges, and assist in resolving collaboration friction;
2. Efficiently organize project meetings, clearly document meeting conclusions, and actively follow up on task implementation;
3. Assist the lead in developing detailed live-streaming project schedules, track progress, and provide feedback;
4. Participate in fostering a positive, collaborative team atmosphere and effectively boost team morale.
Requirements:
1. English/Chinese proficiency as working languages;
2. Exceptional emotional intelligence with keen awareness of others' sentiments, articulate communication skills, and recognized as the team's "communication bridge";
3. Outstanding cross-departmental coordination abilities to effectively resolve conflicts and drive progress;
4. Detail-oriented with strong accountability and service mindset, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
5. Passionate about the live streaming industry, demonstrating resilience under pressure and proficiency in multitasking.
