Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Cultural Studies, Arts Management, Event Planning, or related field.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or cultural event management.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated understanding of social and cultural dynamics, particularly within the UAE or Gulf region.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic.

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
