Program Specialist

Job Description

· Develop, implement, and manage cultural programs and initiatives in accordance with the organizations objectives and values.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for cultural content creation and activation.

· Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and promotion of cultural events, exhibitions, workshops, and performances.

· Research and stay updated on cultural trends, traditions, and practices relevant to the target audience.

· Cultivate relationships with artists, performers, cultural institutions, and community leaders to enhance program offerings and outreach.

· Monitor program effectiveness and participant feedback to continuously improve and refine cultural programming.

· Maintain accurate records, budgets, and documentation related to program activities and expenditures.

Requirements

· Bachelors degree in Cultural Studies, Arts Management, Event Planning, or related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or cultural event management.

· Demonstrated understanding of social and cultural dynamics, particularly within the UAE or Gulf region.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic.

· Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

· Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for promoting cultural exchange and understanding.
