The Program Manager plays a critical role in translating Majid Al Futtaim Properties' strategic ambitions into well-governed, executable programs. This role oversees large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery and adoption, ensuring alignment between business objectives, digital transformation goals, and data-driven execution. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned with business strategy and transformation objectives.
Define program scope, success metrics, milestones, timelines, and delivery frameworks in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Monitor progress across multiple workstreams, managing interdependencies, risks, issues, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Establish and run effective program governance structures, including steering committees, working groups, and executive-level reporting.
Drive integrated delivery plans across business, data, and technology teams, ensuring alignment and shared accountability.
Implement program-wide best practices including RAID logs, delivery dashboards, reporting standards, and adoption tracking.
Ensure data integration across program workstreams while adhering to privacy, quality, and governance standards.
Act as the digital transformation lead for the program, ensuring digital and analytics solutions support strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management roles, with at least 5 years delivering large-scale digital, analytics, or transformation programs.
Strong experience in data-centric initiatives, including exposure to data platforms, analytics tools, or smart infrastructure programs.
Hands-on experience with program and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and basic SQL.
Excellent stakeholder management, governance leadership, and risk mitigation skills within complex enterprise environments.
