Workplace and Future of Work strategy

Advise, guide and support leaders and colleagues on future working planning & strategy

Support business case planning with a consistent approach to how we plan and measure space efficiency and demand

Support the development of pre-business-case test-fits and space planning employing knowledge of latest design standards

Provide guidance on industry trends around workplace and workstyles

Workplace Design

Post-business-case, work with global design partners to support design development

Help ensure designs meet strategic aims and global approach

Behavioural Change Management

Develop change management approach and delivery

Self-deliver change management for smaller projects - including engagement programmes for leaders and colleagues

On larger projects provide oversight for external change management partners / consultants

Enable a strong & consistent change management culture, influence leadership

Workplace and Future Working Education

Support the development of toolkits and collateral for sharing information

Deliver change and education sessions with stakeholders

Support the use of modelling and calculators to support a consistent approach to defining needs
