About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Production Manager / Engineer

with a strong background in

interior fit-out and joinery works

for both commercial (shops, offices, kiosks) and residential (villas, apartments) projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensure quality standards, optimize resources, and deliver projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all joinery and fit-out production activities. Manage the production team, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Review technical drawings, material specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy before production. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and site supervisors to align production with project requirements. Oversee factory operations including material planning, manpower allocation, and machine utilization. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company SOPs. Identify and resolve technical challenges during production and installation stages. Control costs, minimize waste, and ensure optimal use of resources. Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, and progress updates. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Interior Engineering (or related field). Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in

joinery and interior fit-out production

, preferably in the UAE/GCC. Strong technical knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out works. Hands-on experience with commercial and residential projects (shops, offices, kiosks, villas, etc.). Excellent knowledge of production planning, resource management, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/production software is an advantage. Strong communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling high-end interior finishes and bespoke joinery works. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices in production. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
