Job Summary:
Worood Intraflora LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager
to oversee
high-end interior fit-out, joinery, and villa interior projects
from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
site execution, BOQ preparation, budgeting, estimation, and labor management
, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
full project lifecycle
from design coordination to final handover.
Prepare and manage
budget estimations, cost plans, and material take-offs
.
Develop and review
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
based on drawings and scope of work.
Review technical drawings, joinery details, and ensure precise execution on-site.
Plan and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
Supervise on-site works, manage labor teams, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Coordinate with
design, procurement, production teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, progress updates, and close-out reports.
Manage variations, change orders, and implement cost control measures.
Maintain complete project documentation, approvals, and reporting.
Lead and mentor site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience
in
interior fit-out, joinery, and villa project management
in the UAE.
Strong expertise in
BOQ preparation, estimation, budgeting, and cost control
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel
, and other project planning tools.
Excellent site management, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge of joinery detailing, material finishes, and high-end fit-out execution.
Familiarity with
local authority regulations and site safety compliance
.
UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Must be
available for interview at any time
and ready to
join within 21 days
after selection.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in furniture layout, showroom planning, and merchandising.
Familiarity with AI tools, digital tracking platforms, and project dashboards.
Ability to create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations and client briefs.
Quick decision-making and strong problem-solving abilities.
