Job Description

A leading interior fit-out & Joinery organization in Dubai is seeking to hire a dynamic, highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role is key to identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships & partnerships, which are all essential to achieving monthly sales targets and driving future revenue growth.

The compensation package includes a fixed monthly salary + attractive commission based on the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Identify and pursue new potential clients and business opportunities within both commercial (retail stores, offices) and residential sectors.

Prepare sales presentation, commercial proposals, RFP/RFQs in collaboration with estimation & procurement functions.

Attend client meetings, generate qualified leads, attend networking events and actively pitch company services to prospective clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and real estate firms.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience within interior/fit-out industry.

Strong understanding of interior design processes and construction practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Must have a valid UAE driving license along with his/her own car.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
