Project Manager

to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of interior fit-out processes and techniques. Reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for managing multiple projects with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in UAE.

The fit-out project manager plays a very critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with desired quality standards. They are fully responsible for managing, planning, and execution of commercial/retail projects including on-site works, documentation, and handover to client.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling: The project manager will develop a detailed project plan, budget and timeline in complete adherence with all required government authority & mall management approvals/NOCs.

Client Relationship Management: The project manager will maintain regular communication with all key stakeholders, such as clients, architects/designers, and subcontractors, to ensure complete alignment with the project goals, sample approvals and execution timeline.

Budget & Cost Control: The project manager is responsible for managing the project budget, including tracking expenses and keeping costs within budget, negotiating contracts with vendors, and verifying their technical expertise, and identifying cost-saving measures. The project manager will identify and mitigate any potential risks to the project, such as delays, budget overruns, or safety concerns.

Resource Management: The project manager will oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that everyone is working together efficiently and effectively. Additionally, coordination for project material with the procurement team and preparation & submission of sample boards for client's approval is also part of their deliverables.

Quality Control: The project manager ensures that the project is meeting quality standards and that all work is completed to specification. Conduct regular on-site inspections, supervising and managing progress of all on-site activities, always ensuring no deviation from project plan/schedule.

Project Monitoring & Reporting: The project manager will regularly report on project progress to stakeholders, including updates on budget, timeline, and any issues that arise.

Experienced in AutoCAD with the ability to prepare and understand various types of drawings (MEP, Architectural, Structural etc.) - review fit-out drawings received from clients and provide relevant feedback.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience

Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of interior fit out processes, materials, and construction techniques.

Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Managing complex, multi-discipline projects involving multiple locations and ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, rules/regulations, and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
