Production / Factory Manager (Chocolate & Confectionery Focus)

Role Summary:
We are setting up a new production facility focused on chocolate bars and chocolate-coated date products and require an experienced Production/Factory Manager to lead daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage production activities, staff, and workflow
Ensure compliance with HACCP, Dubai Municipality, and food safety standards
Optimize production efficiency and material planning
Coordinate with maintenance and support Municipality audits
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in food production management (chocolate, sweets, or confectionery preferred)
Strong knowledge of HACCP and Dubai Municipality regulations
Fluent in English
Based in UAE and ready to join immediately
Salary Range:
Competitive, based on experience
