Proven experience in joinery, fit-out, or furniture production management. Strong knowledge of factory workflows, CNC operations, and material planning. Ability to manage large production teams and meet tight deadlines. Expertise in quality assurance, finishing standards, and safety protocols. Effective in minimizing material waste and improving productivity. Hands-on experience with shop drawings and BOQ interpretation. Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work closely with procurement and project departments. Familiarity with ERP systems and factory documentation. Must have a UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
