Production Manager
Blue line Factory is locking for a production Manager as per the below:
Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and implementefficient production plans
to meet deadlines.Process Optimization
- Monitor and improveproduction efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
.Team Leadership
- Motivate and manage the production team, ensuringtargets are met and exceeded
.Procurement Coordination
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure theavailability of materials, tools, and equipment
.Quality & Compliance
- Enforcemanufacturing standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
.Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work withproject managers, design, and engineering teams
to resolve production challenges.Production Reporting
- Maintainaccurate records of work orders, production reports, and inventory
.Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
in furniture, joinery, or fit-out production management. Strongleadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
. Knowledge ofmanufacturing processes,
woodworkingmachinery, F
inishing, assembly processesand quality control
. Ability to work under pressure and meettight deadlines
. Leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to managelarge teams
. Willingness totravel when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
