We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our carpentry factory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality carpentry products are delivered on time and within budget.
This role requires a strong background in woodworking production, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a carpentry, woodworking, or furniture manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in managing factory operations and leading production teams.
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, production techniques, and materials.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
Preferred Skills: Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Experience with CNC machinery and automated woodworking equipment.
Understanding of quality control standards and ISO procedures
