Production and Maintenance Operator
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Water Tech is seeking a skilled Production and Maintenance Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Dubai. This dynamic role combines hands-on production responsibilities with essential maintenance duties, offering an excellent opportunity for technically-minded professionals to contribute to our chemical manufacturing operations.
What are the Day-to-Day Duties?

• Conduct chemical blending according to prescribed recipes ensuring precise quantities and quality standards

• Perform product analysis and packaging operations

• Execute routine maintenance tasks including electrical and mechanical breakdowns

• Conduct electrical panel board inspections and thermographic inspections

• Perform diaphragm pump overhauling and preventive maintenance of centrifugal pumps

• Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and material handling

• Maintain and operate compressors, boilers, and RO plants

• Follow and implement EHS regulations and standards

Qualifications
Preferred skills and experience

• Vocational training certificate in Electrical (2 years)

• 3-5 years' experience in chemical manufacturing plants

• Basic knowledge of chemistry

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems

• Valid UAE forklift license

• Basic computer skills including SAP

• Strong attention to detail and orderly work habits

• Proactive approach with positive attitude

• Valid car driving license (light vehicle)

• Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts
