Job Description

  • Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
  • Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product
  • Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.
  • Carry out sales calls, targeting Key strategic regions and key accounts for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and insure market intelligence in assigned territory.
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible.
  • Work with Franchise manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Minimum requirements
  • Minimum 3 years Previous Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in the Immunology therapy area is desirable.
  • Professional approach and a good team player.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Dubai pharmaceutical market
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Outstanding selling skills
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Impactful presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
