Job Description
A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Product Specialist – Orthopedic (Sports Medicine) to be based in Dubai, UAE. - Developing a strong business pipeline, sales forecast and achieving sales targets
- Managing relationships with assigned customers
- Responsible for introduction of orthopedic portfolio to new accounts with product demonstrations
- 90% of Field Work consisting of sales calls & maintaining existing customers
- Assisting Surgeons during Surgeries
- Managing of monthly inventory
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Conducting market research and analysing industry trends
- Recommending new products to existing customers and providing them with support, information, and guidance
- Identifying product improvements
- Resolving customer issues
- Strong experience in sales and business development including but not limited to orthopedic implants/devices.
- Experience in Sports Medicine
- Rich exposure in assisting surgeons in arthroplasty procedures
- Good understanding of human anatomy & surgical techniques
- Good knowledge of operating room ethics & trouble-shooting skills
- Result orientated and capable of working both independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Detail Oriented
- Team Management Skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
