\xe2\x80\x93 Together with the Engineering department, evaluates suppliers on delivery, quality, and cost performance and proposes replacement suppliers if necessary.

\xe2\x80\x93 Ensures consumable items are enough for production requirements, especially polishing items.

\xe2\x80\x93 Helps in checking Inter Company prices for sales quotation purposes.

\xe2\x80\x93 Oversees material demands for local/international suppliers either buy-out orders/local orders.

\xe2\x80\x93 Obtains recommendations from suppliers for possible alternative items with the approval of the quality.

\xe2\x80\x93 Verifies receipt orders versus the items ordered.

\xe2\x80\x93 Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.

\xe2\x80\x93 Take responsibility for the stock level of raw material, purchased items, semi-fabricated and finished goods.

Job Responsibilities:

\xe2\x80\x93 Takes responsibility for the stock level of raw material, purchased items, and semi-fabricated and finished goods in terms of conditions and accuracy.

\xe2\x80\x93 Analyzes stocks versus demands.

\xe2\x80\x93 Takes responsibility for the tool/equipment repairs, maintenance, and service as per request.

\xe2\x80\x93 Maintains IMS (Integrated Management System) requirement and follow safety standard procedures.

Job Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.

\xe2\x80\x93 Education: Bachelor\'s Degree.

\xe2\x80\x93 Team player and able to get on with people of different nationalities.

\xe2\x80\x93 Comfortable in working with different functions, e.g., Engineering, Operations, and Sales.

\xe2\x80\x93 Comfortable with technical issues/requirements and working with Intercompany, sales, etc.

\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledgeable in Procurement Management and SAP system/ ERP.

\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers ideally in the manufacturing-related industry.

\xe2\x80\x93 Motivator.

\xe2\x80\x93 Has strong communication and leadership skills.

\xe2\x80\x93 Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

\xe2\x80\x93 Has a positive attitude.

\xe2\x80\x93 Languages: Excellent English; Arabic is plus but not essential.

Computer Skills:
