Role - Procurement Officer cum Estimator. Salary Package -AED 2500- 3500/- Employment: Full Time An interior fit-out company requires procurement officers with experience in the interior fit-out industry. This is a key position reporting managing director requires excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to meet procurement deadlines through proper coordination internally with the commercial department, and externally for the suppliers and contractors. Job description Research potential vendors, Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, Track orders and ensure timely delivery, Review quality of purchased products, Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases, Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices, Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed, Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, Analysing plans, preparing the bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs, researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, analysing data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company's productivity rates), assessing the financial, technical and operational risks of the project, working closely with key members of the project team and liaising with clients and suppliers, keeping detailed records and writing reports. Co-ordination and documentation of Imports & exports. Qualifications & Skills A person with strong analytic abilities, through knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and word processing programs. Understanding of construction documents. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, Ability to coordinate and work independently, and knowledge of CAD software. Must be a graduate having at least two years of experience from the Interior Fit-out company. UAE driving license is mandatory. Multilingual (English & Hindi). Basic computer hardware & networking knowledge also is required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
