Job Overview
As Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of sourcing goods and services for the property, ensuring the best quality, timely delivery, and favorable pricing. You will drive strategic vendor relationships, compliance, and supply chain efficiency while supporting the broader hotel operations team.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing to contract execution
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors in line with company policies
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for timely stock replenishment
• Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations and maintain updated supplier records
• Oversee tendering processes and ensure fairness and transparency
• Coordinate with finance on budget alignment and expense tracking
• Monitor compliance with Marriott procurement policies and local regulations

Governance & Standards

• Ensure all procurement activities are audit-ready and compliant with internal controls
• Promote ethical purchasing and sustainable sourcing practices
• Ensure consistent application of quality standards across all goods and services

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of vendor management and hospitality supply chains
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
