As a Procurement Manager at Four Points by Sheraton, you will be responsible for overseeing purchasing operations, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring quality control, and aligning procurement strategies with the hotel's service and budgetary goals. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline procurement activities while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and order management
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishments with minimal waste
• Collaborate with various departments to forecast needs and plan purchases accordingly
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and purchasing procedures
• Evaluate vendor performance and initiate improvement plans if needed
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure audit-readiness
• Implement cost-effective purchasing strategies and negotiate favorable terms

Governance & Standards

• Follow all Marriott International procurement guidelines
• Promote environmentally sustainable and ethical sourcing practices
• Uphold transparency and consistency in all procurement transactions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or Supply Chain preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within a hotel environment
• Strong understanding of hospitality procurement standards and vendor ecosystems
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven leadership ability and problem-solving aptitude
• Familiarity with procurement software and hotel inventory systems
