Job Overview
As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel purchasing functions, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality goods and services. You will play a key role in optimizing costs and supporting operational excellence across the property.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for hotel operations, including sourcing, contracting, and inventory control
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast material needs
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely deliveries
• Implement and enforce procurement policies and compliance standards
• Review purchase orders and reconcile with budget targets
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
• Ensure quality standards are upheld across all purchased goods

Governance & Standards

• Comply with Marriott International's global procurement guidelines
• Uphold transparency and ethical practices in all supplier dealings
• Maintain detailed documentation for internal audits and vendor reviews

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with UAE hospitality procurement regulations is a plus
