Job Overview
As a Procurement Executive, you will manage sourcing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods while upholding Marriott's standards. You'll play a key role in supporting departments by securing quality supplies at competitive prices and contributing to sustainability and cost-saving efforts.
Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Authorize and process purchase requisitions and orders
• Liaise with vendors to obtain competitive quotations
• Maintain current market knowledge and supplier databases
• Oversee food and beverage purchasing decisions and tastings
• Participate in tender preparation and procurement analysis
• Identify new suppliers at industry exhibitions and seminars
• Recommend green procurement solutions and recycling participation
• Submit monthly cost-saving and procurement reports

Governance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with Marriott procurement policies and procedures
• Support accurate procurement documentation and tender practices
• Promote ethical sourcing, supplier diversity, and fair trade

Job Requirements

• High school diploma with 2 years in procurement, or
• 2-year degree in Business, Hotel Management, or related field with 1 year experience
• Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and reporting
• Strong communication and coordination skills
