. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting project teams with accurate procurement planning and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure
materials, finishes, furniture, joinery items, and subcontractor services
for fit-out projects.
Evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Prepare
LPOs
, track orders, and ensure on-time delivery of all items as per project schedule.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with design, project, and accounts teams for material approvals and payment processing.
Maintain procurement logs, vendor lists, cost sheets, and material trackers.
Follow up with suppliers on delivery, delays, or replacement of defective materials.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and cost-control guidelines.
Support project managers with material samples, technical data, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience
in procurement within the
interior fit-out / construction industry
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, vendors, and market pricing in UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (if any).
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
