Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

FF&E Designer

with at least 5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, and planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating, sourcing, and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Experience in the

Fit-Out Industry

is preferred. You will collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and procurement teams to deliver exceptional, functional, and aesthetically appealing design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, source, and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and decorative accessories in alignment with project design concepts. Develop and present mood boards, material boards, and FF&E specifications to clients and project stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to obtain samples, pricing, and lead times. Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, procurement lists, and cost estimates to ensure budget adherence. Work closely with design, architectural, and procurement teams to integrate FF&E selections into the overall design scheme. Conduct site visits and installations to oversee the implementation of FF&E elements. Ensure compliance with sustainability standards, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements. Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovations in the interior design and FF&E industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in FF&E design, interior design, or architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and MS Office. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture suppliers, and procurement processes. Experience in luxury residential projects or commercial projects is preferred. Previous experience in the

Fit-Out Industry

is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
