We are looking for Process Department Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE

Roles and responsibility

• Establishes and maintains the technical standards within the discipline.
• Sets strategic and tactical direction with regard to policy/procedures, work force staffing, and budgeting.
• Responsible for the overall development of the process discipline resources.
• Manages the delivery of the studies, design, and specification and services related to process discipline within the Abu Dhabi / Middle East project portfolio.
• Responsible to oversee the production of heat and material balance, the development of process flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams, system design parameters, and design or rating of equipment and apparatus such as heat exchangers, vessels, reactors, etc.
• Manage the development of process simulators and advanced controls/process optimization.
• With general autonomy, establishes and maintains the technical standards within the discipline. Conceives and develops creative/innovative technology critical to the company\'s success.
• Responsible for extensive and complex programs requiring staff and resources of sizable magnitude.

Minimum Qualifications

• The position minimum requirements are an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years related experience, with average experience of 20+ years.
• Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer is expected.
• An individual at this level may be an individual researcher or consultant who is recognized as a national and /or international authority and leader in an area of engineering or scientific interest and investigation.
• Candidate should demonstrate ability to conceive of and develop creative/innovative technology critical to the company\'s success.
• Candidate should demonstrate strong inter personal skills as well as good technical knowledge of Process discipline scope
